There were reports of sightings of witches flying on broomsticks around an exposed grass hill in a remote Mexican village in 2007. Since the incidents occurred around Halloween, it’s safe to assume that the affair was an elaborate prank. The local residents and even the policemen, however, remained unsettled for several weeks.
