Stranger things happen at sea, you know. The first ship on our most haunted list is THE CARROLL A. DEERING.

Interesting fact:

A very creepy yet terrifyingly simple paranormal event is said to have taken place on this ship. Simply put, everybody disappeared! It ran aground in 1921, but when sailors came to assist the ship, they found no crew, no captain and none of the associated paraphernalia you’d normally find around a ship. Spooky! All that’s left now is the sunken hull, which is an example of the remains of a true ghost ship.
