Interesting fact:

In a very poignant way, Rowling killed off Lupin and Tonks at the end of the final book to echo what had happened to Harry at the beginning - Voldemort leaves Harry orphaned at the beginning of Rowling’s story and ends with Lupin and Tonks son orphaned at the end.
