Dooley Wilson is playing for his portrayal of Sam in ‘Casablanca.’ The interesting thing about the man himself and his character is that, while he was a talented musician, he couldn’t play the piano at all! He simply had to mime the piano playing off-screen. He was, however, a very talented drummer!
