Interesting fact:

In Greek, ‘X’ is the letter ‘chi’ which was also used to mean ‘Christ’. This means that ‘Xmas’ is actually just a Greek abbreviation for Christmas. Some church leaders have condemned the word because it takes the ‘Christ’ out of Christmas – they need to read up on their Greek!
