Interesting fact:

There was a BFF pair amongst the show’s cast: Ed Westwick (played Chuck) and Chace Crawford (played Nate). In fact, they actually did live together in an apartment in the Chelsea neighborhood of NYC when Gossip Girl began filming. They became friends at an Arctic Monkeys concert.
