Uzo Aduba auditioned for a different role and was originally supposed to have a smaller part. Thankfully, she was instead cast to play Suzanne “Crazy Eyes” Warren, a bold character of the show. As a matter of fact, Aduba is a two-time Emmy award winner and two-time Golden Globe nominee for her role as “Crazy Eyes.”
