The burning of a nation’s flag is highly controversial and even illegal in some countries. The boy scouts groups in the United States burn the most U.S. flags anywhere in the World. Some may gasp, but it is actually the most respected way of disposing of a Flag according to their code. In Denmark, the law states that it is illegal to burn a foreign flag, however not illegal to burn the Danish one!
