You may remember the good old ‘Spider-Man: The Animated Series’, but did you know that it was heavily censored by Fox? Yup, there were only three punches thrown in the entire season. Villains often said ‘destroy’ instead of more sinister phrases and were sent to alternate dimensions instead of being ultimately defeated. PC, people, gotta keep it PC.
