Interesting fact:

Some of the actors were all too eager to shed their wholesome image after Little House, including Melissa Sue Anderson, who went from ‘good girl’ Mary Ingall to urban party animal in ‘The Survival of Dana’. Karen Grassle who played ‘Ma’ also got frustrated with the hair buns and subservience, co-writing and starring in a film called ‘Battered’, all about spousal abuse. Quite a shift.
