Interesting fact:

In 2016 the Scripps National Spelling Bee was won in a tie-break by both Nihar Janga from Texas and Jairam Hathwar from New York. Jairam’s winning word was ‘Feldenkrais’ a word which refers to a system of aided body movements. Nihar’s was ‘gesellschaft’ a type of social relationship. It runs in the family, Jairam’s brother Sriram won the 2014 competition!
