The Sherlock team had trouble filming in 2011, when the London riots kicked off. Show co-creator and the man who plays the role of Mycroft Holmes tweeted “this is a new one on me. Scene incomplete owing to approaching looters. Unbelievable times”. He went on to describe how the riots were “genuinely frightening”. We wonder how Sherlock would have tried to figure out this mass-crime!
