Interesting fact:

Jaws was made at a time when CGI was non-existent. The production team had to create a pneumatic fake shark to star as the titular character. Jaws was 25 feet long and weighed an incredible 12 tons! And the shots were really filmed in the ocean, the movie was made by Martha’s Vineyard.
