Zimbabwe was once a very rich country thanks to its mining and manufacturing of precious natural resources like gold and other minerals. Things went south for the southern African country though in 2008 when they experienced a 200,000,000% inflation on their currency, the Zimbabwean dollar. In 2015 the currency was reevaluated and discarded.
