Sean Connery started balding at 21 and wore a toupee for all of his performances as Bond. That didn’t stop him getting voted the ‘Sexiest Man of the Century’ however. Apparently it was his ‘panther-like’ strut that caught the attention of the producers, and they knew Connery was the man for them.
