Interesting fact:

To convincingly shoot the scenes with Yoda, the sets for Dagobah had to be built five feet above the floor. Puppeteer, Frank Oz would crawl underneath and operate the Jedi master from there. For some of the scenes that show Yoda walking, short actors wearing rubber masks were used.
