Warren G. Harding served as president from 1921-1923 – he is widely regarded as the WORST president in history! He loved to gamble and he once gambled away a set of priceless White House china in one poker hand. He agreed with everyone else’s estimation of him saying, “I am a man of limited talents from a small town; I don’t seem to grasp that I am president”.
